Our stay was quite disappointing, overshadowed by serious cleanliness issues and poor service. The hotel looked appealing at first glance, but the experience quickly soured, especially with the room mix-up and poor bathroom conditions. There were some redeeming qualities, such as a nice view and spaciousness, but overall it did not meet our expectations, and we definitely won't be returning.

The room was spacious, but it had mold in the bathroom and issues with the shower drain. We were also given keys to someone else's room initially, which was very concerning.

Service was lacking; I had to go back to the front desk multiple times and the staff didn't seem to care about the mix-up or the room's cleanliness.
